How can I find Lee Yuen Housewares ?
Lee Yuen Housewares is located in Hong Kong with a sub-office in DongGuan China, both offices have showrooms available which requires appointment booking. Please see the contact page for details. Aso, we can be found at international trade fairs - Ambiente, Frankfurt in February and Hong Kong Houseware Fair in April.

Please contact us with the type of products you are interested in and we can with information regarding these items. Another method is that you can visit us at our showroom (by appointment) or during trade fairs at our exhibition booth.
Can I have my own design manufactured ?
We are willing to assist our clients in the manufacturing of their own OEM products, our product engineer follow-up from design drawings, producing prototypes right through to the final delivery of finished product. We also acknowledge that our clients hold the copyrights to these items, and we as a established company uphold this intellectual law.

Once our sales & marketing team have obtained detailed information into the product item(s) of your interest we can arrange to send you a sample via courier. For small packages we can send these free, but for larger packages we must request the client pay for the delivery charges.
I want a logo on these products.
Simple logos can be placed onto our products. With consideration to the products and location the logo can be either acid etched, stamped, etc.
Is there a minimum order quantity ?
Yes. We do have a minimum quantity for per product item, minimum value per order. This is generally about 5 to 10 shipping cartons for each item and having a shipment value of USD5,000 or equivalent. Having said this we still want to be flexible enough by being open to reasonable negotiation.
How long is the production lead-time ?
Our average production time is 45 to 75 days after order confirmation, subject to order quantity.
Who do I contact to place an order ?
After an initial enquiry into our products, a member of our sales & marketing team will contact you further concerning an order placement or any other details.
How do I order Lee Yuen brand packaging ?
Our brand packaging can be requested upon order placement.
Who handles my brand packaging ?
Our art department handles all our packaging for clients and we stress that all necessary artwork be given to us at least 25 to 30 days before the shipment date, otherwise delays for shipment may occur.
How do I arrange shipment of my order ?
Clients determine type of shipment during order placement and then the shipment is arranged in collaboration through our shipping department as per your order confirmation schedule.
I want to quality check before shipping.
All our shipments are quality checked before shipment by our own team of quality assurance inspectors. If you require your own quality check before shipping we are more than happy to assist whether its pre-shipping samples or sending someone to quality check the production line.
What type of arrangement is there for payment ?
There are several ways of payment such as TT, LC, etc; the terms and conditions for the payment contract can be negotiated.
